Partner Darren Rumack will be joining a panel of employment law attorneys at the New York City Bar Association’s upcoming Employment Law Institute. The panel, “Drafting Offer Letters, Employment and Separation Agreements,” will also feature New York attorneys Randi Cohen, Joan C. Lenihan and Anthony A. Mingione. The event takes place Friday, March 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Bar Association’s headquarters at 42 West 44th Street.
This year’s Employment Law Institute will examine recent trends, developments, and cutting-edge issues in employment law. Other topics to be discussed at this year’s Employment Law Institute include pay equity, new developments regarding independent contractor classifications, wage and hour issues, non-competes and other restrictive covenants, as well as the ethics of internal investigations.
