We are very proud to announce that three of our attorneys have been selected for inclusion in New York Super Lawyers for 2020. David Klein, Darren Rumack and Xian Lei have all passed the stringent eligibility requirements and been peer-selected for their accomplishments in workers’ compensation law.

David Klein, Founding Partner of The Klein Law Group, has been elected a Super Lawyer for several years. David dedicates his practice to fighting for the rights of injured workers in workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. He has also been presented with Certificates of Appreciation from The New York Committee for Occupational Safety and Health, The Latino Laborers Culture Association Local 79, and a Certificate of Appreciation from La Colmena and Nani Migrante, from Fundación Tapori Quito – Federación de Instituciones de Pichincha, and from The World Trade Center Medical Monitoring Program Clinical Center at Mount Sinai.

Partner Darren Rumack has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list. Darren has been listed in Rising Stars every year since 2014. This list recognizes lawyers who are either younger than 40 years old or have been practicing law for less than 10 years but are already making an impact in their communities. No fewer than 2.5 percent of attorneys in New York may be selected.

Attorney Xian Lei has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for the second year in a row. In addition to fighting for the rights of New York workers at the firm, Xian provides seminars and classes to the community, educating workers about their rights.

Congratulations to our three honorees! We are delighted by this recognition, but believe no standard is more important than the results we achieve for our clients. Whether the case is workers’ compensation, social security disability, employer defense, or wage and hour, we devote our experience and passion to representing their best interests.
