The owner of a small, struggling restaurant in the Bronx came to us for help when he was sued by his employees for more than $200,000.00. The problem was, these claims were largely false and unsubstantiated. Rather than face us at trial, the plaintiffs settled for only $25,000.00- just over 10 percent of the monies they originally sued for.
WE SUCCESSFULLY DEFENDED A RESTAURANT AGAINST FALSE CLAIMS OF WAGE UNDERPAYMENT.
