Ten Millions Dollars

GREAT NEWS FROM OUR PERSONAL INJURY UNIT

With some of the TEN MILLION DOLLARS we were able to win for Jorge Espinosa, he has purchased a large car dealership and is now a businessman and entrepreneur.

At a construction site in Queens, Jorge Espinosa’s life changed forever. He was hit by falling roofing materials and his scaffold broke, sending him falling three stories.

His good friend happened to be one of my clients, who told him about the great work I had done on his case. I immediately called my Personal Injury unit into action.

While I was succeeding in having the Workers’ Compensation Board find that Jorge had a permanent total disability, my Personal Injury unit fought for him through a difficult trial and an appeal. Finally, their expertise and aggression paid off, and the insurance companies were forced to pay Jorge ten million dollars.

No one can give Jorge Espinosa back the life that he had before he innocently went to work for an employer who would not keep a safe workplace, but it gives us great satisfaction to know that we were able to ensure that he can again be the vital and productive man he was before his accident.

If you have any questions about the interplay of construction and other workplace accidents, personal injury law, and workers’ compensation, please don’t hesitate to give me a call.

Best regards,

David Klein
